Placing an order

By placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery and payment terms of Lucky Duck Games Inc.

The sales contract is concluded when the goods are dispatched.

Payment method

- Credit card -

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, or Diners Club. After completing the order process, credit card processing starts. Your data will be transmitted over a secure SSL connection. If the credit card authorization was not processed properly, the order will be canceled.

- PayPal - 

By selecting the payment method PayPal, you will be forwarded to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. Otherwise, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account.

Shipping

Your order will be sent to the corresponding logistics partner at the latest within 4 working days after receipt of the order.

The shipping rate is calculated based on 2 factors:

  • Which of our 5 warehouses your goods will ship from
  • The country where your order will be shipped to.

Based on these 2 factors, you will be presented with the most optimal shipping price.

Prices

All offers are subject to change.

The prices are always valid at the time of the order.

All article information has been created with great care.

However, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full if we discover a pricing error where a product was sold below its intend value.

Availability

We endeavor to deliver all ordered items, but there is no delivery obligation on our part. 

Incorrect deliveries or delivery delays are not entitled to claims for compensation.

Items that cannot be delivered will not be held back. Subsequent deliveries will not be made.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Delaware, USA.

Delivery

The delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

If you exercise your right of cancellation, you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. However, a uniform order does not already exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other if a product is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Lucky Duck Games, Inc (email: info@luckyduckgames.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email) about your decision to cancel this contract. We will send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) that we have received such a cancellation.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, and as long as you return the product, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. 

You must return or hand over the goods to Lucky Duck Games, Inc at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you sent your revocation to us. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Cancellation template

When executing a cancellation, no specific wording has to be observed, however to treat your request as efficiently as possible, we ask you to include the order ID, communicated by you in the receipt you received by email at the time of the order. The following sample is just an example of how you can declare a cancellation.

"I hereby, Mr / Ms (your name), cancel the order from (invoice date).

The invoice number is: (the invoice number shown on the invoice)."
